Who We Are

Children’s Medical Missions West (CMMW) is a non-profit Christian organization committed to bringing hope, healing and compassionate medical care to children in need around the world.

Headquartered in Indiana, CMMW partners with dedicated medical professionals, host families and supporters to provide children with access to specialized medical care that may otherwise be unavailable to them.

Through our medical missions, children are brought to the United States to receive the treatment and care they need. The medical care provided to these children is offered pro bono, thanks to the generosity and compassion of the medical professionals and facilities who partner with CMMW.

During their stay in the United States, each child is placed with a caring host family who provides a safe, loving home and supports the child throughout their medical journey. Host families play an important role in making each child feel welcomed, cared for and surrounded by love while they are away from their own families and home.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to receive the care they need and to look forward to a healthier future. Through the dedication of our medical partners, host families, and generous supporters, we work together to make that opportunity possible.

Our mission is rooted in Christian faith and guided by a desire to serve children and families with compassion, dignity and love. Every child we serve is more than a patient—they are a precious life with a future full of possibility.
